1. Purpose and Acceptance
This User-Generated Content Policy governs wallpapers, previews, descriptions, tags, designs, and files uploaded or submitted to Tendies Wallpaper. By uploading content, you agree to this policy.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Uploaded wallpapers remain the intellectual property of their creators. Tendies Wallpaper does not claim ownership of user-generated content. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and promote the content through the Service.
3. Subscription & Service Fee Clarification
Paid subscriptions and membership fees cover download services, storage, bandwidth, CDN delivery, hosting, and infrastructure maintenance. They do not transfer copyright in any wallpaper file.
4. Content Guidelines & Prohibitions
You must have all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload content. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, or that contains illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
5. Notice & Takedown Procedure (DMCA)
If you believe your copyrighted work was uploaded without authorization, submit a report from the wallpaper page or contact us by email. Valid DMCA takedown requests will be reviewed promptly.
6. Platform Disclaimer
The platform acts solely as a venue and service provider for sharing user-generated content. We do not preview, curate, or verify the ownership of every uploaded file. We shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement, damages, or legal issues arising from user-uploaded wallpapers.
